The right to be forgotten

Whether we are fully aware of it or not, there is a lot of information about you online. How can you have that data deleted? 

On social media and on websites, personal details about your life are often stored, along with photos and videos. Supermarkets hold information about your shopping habits, and many other companies store digital information about your life. So how can you have that data deleted?

Under new rules, embarrassing, inaccurate or simply personal data will have to be deleted from the internet and company databases if consumers ask.
